Shipping policy

All candles ship from our fulfilment centre in London. We ship candles via Royal Mail ground service.

It can take up to 3 days after ordering to ship. Once your candle ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Royal Mail tracking number if ordered within the UK so you can keep tabs on your order.

Time in transit is 2-3 days after processing, depending on your location (it takes an additional 2-8 days for orders shipping internationally).
